01The role

Siloed development just isn't you.

You love working on all aspects of building an application.

You'd love a role where you can work on a variety of cutting edge, cloud-based greenfield web projects with better quality clients.

Like at this triple-gold Microsoft Partner who is at the forefront of utilising technologies like Azure, PaaS and IaC in their best-in-class cloud, web, and mobile solutions for a multitude of enterprise-level clients.

Most developers can only dream of clients that their 18 strong engineering team only gets access to because Microsoft recognises the level of innovation in their solutions.

Clients like Heathrow Airport, P&O Ferries and Confused.com, for whom they build business-critical mobile apps.

Or Gridserve, whom they helped build the UK's first electric forecourt.

Or Nottingham University, where they shaped their Azure integration strategy.

Learning and development are crucial to this company, and they have a dedicated person managing their certification strategy.

You could become a Certified Azure Solution Architect, for example.

They believe in well-rounded and adaptable software engineers, so you'd have access to so much more than in most jobs; that is what makes their engineering team so unique.

They have a 'hub and home' approach to remote working, and you could choose to be more office-based or 95% remote, with the odd day in the office or at a client's site.
