01The role

I recently asked a QA Manager what he loved about working at his company; he said that the products are cutting edge, complex and interesting, with a lot going on under the hood.

He also loves how his team have so much freedom to decide how QA should be done.

As a result, they’re implementing BDD upfront, making specifications and testing two sides of the same coin.

He started leading this seven-person QA team earlier this year for this Havant-based marketing innovator with 150+ employees, and he’s ready to hire his first QA Engineer.

You’d be a well-respected part of the company, working closely with multiple product teams and helping to set project expectations whilst guiding the developers on what they want to be testing.

Depending on your goals and experience, you’ll also have the option to progress into more of an automation role, writing the code behind the tests using C# and Selenium.

You’ll join a company that can never be accused of lacking vision.

Voted the most innovative agency in six of the last seven years, they were the first company to create an online measure of emotion, and one of their tools has been used over 50 million times.

They use shed loads of data, psychology, behavioural science, and complex algorithms to help companies like Coca-Cola, Microsoft and Adidas predict whether TV adverts will succeed or fail, saving them millions.

They’ve evolved from building great individual products to creating a platform to bring all their products together with built and shared services, with the ambitious long-term goal of building an ecosystem, something you don’t see every day.
